    The heart of the D-line AVIA vehicle is a four cylinder Cummins ISBE4.5E6-series engine meeting the emission standard EURO 6 by using a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with the AdBlue liquid injection. These engines are characterized by high reliability, low fuel consumption and low operating costs. Exhaust brake with control under the steering wheel.


    Manual 6-speed, fully synchromesh ZF6S850 gearbox.


    Ladder-type, cold riveted and bolted construction with U section side members and open profile cross-members. Side member section 203 x 62 x 6.5 mm.

    Wheel and tyres

    245/70R19.5" tyres on 19.5" x 6.75 steel rims. Spare wheel and carrier.


    All steel, forward control, two door cab with hydraulic tilt. 2,150 mm wide across wings. Widespread use of double zinc coated pressed steel panels and wax injected cavities. Plastic cladding panels on front. Noise and thermal isolation, LHD or RHD type.

    Front mounting points on rubber bushes. Two point rear cab suspension system with coil springs and hydraulic shock absorbers and automatic hydraulic lock-down device.

    Colours of cabin: signal White RAL9003, traffic Red RAL3020, gentian Blue RAL5010. Full immersion cataphoretic water based proces.
