The modernized version of AVIA Euro V was introduced at the CTT Moscow Building Fair. This is the overture to the planned introduction of the new AVIA Euro VI vehicle in the Czech Republic.
CTT Moscow is the most important building fair in Eastern Europe, offering a comprehensive showcase of innovative building equipments, machinery and technologies. CTT is attended by more than 500 exhibitors from 27 countries on an area of 65,000 m2. The Building fair regularly visit 20,000 registered visitors from 60 countries.
The car producer AVIA, which after four years renews production under the new owner, presented here the vehicle model AVIA D120 Euro V in the version 4x2, which by its configuration presents for its customers a preferred product in the category of medium-sized utility vehicles in the Eastern European region. At the same time it revealed the appearance of the new facelift of this traditional Czech car.
The vehicle, exhibited in Moscow, is equipped with a four-cylinder engine Cummins ISB 4.5E5 207 with a volume of 4462 cm3 and performance of 152 kW (207 hp) and a manual six-speed transmission ZF6S850. The total weight of the vehicle is 11,990 kg.
The launching of serial production of the vehicle Euro VI and vehicles in other emission classes is planned for the autumn of this year in Přelouč, where the production is gradually moved from the premises in Prague Letnany.
